Ensure a Smooth Transition to Off-Season with Our Pool Closing Services

Basic Closing Service – $268.00* (Above Ground Pools – $168.00*)

Remove equipment drain plugs and drain the following if applicable:
- Circulation Pump
- Pool Water Filter
- Pool Water Heater
- Pool Water Sanitizer
Remove directional inlets and blow water from circulation lines (In-ground pools only)
Install customers winterizing plugs and skimmer freeze protection device
Remove ladder (Above ground pools only. Removal of Stair systems an additional $35.)

Customer Responsibilities:

Add winterizing chemicals (not included in closing price)
Vacuum pool if desired
Adjust pool water level to bottom of skimmer opening, if applicable
Make certain electrical power is available to power vac/blower
Make certain winterizing plugs and freeze protection devices are available at pool side
Remove Ladders and Handrails. (Inground Pools)
Cover pool if desired after Basic Closing Service is completed
Clean filter media

Deluxe Closing Service – $398.00* (In-ground & Above Ground Pools)

Remove equipment drain plugs and drain the following if applicable:
- Circulation Pump
- Pool Water Filter
- Pool Water Heater
- Pool Water Sanitizer
Remove directional inlets and blow water from circulation lines (In-ground pools only)
Install customer winterizing plugs and skimmer freeze protection device
Add winterizing chemicals (not included in closing price)
Lower water level to bottom of skimmer opening, if applicable
Remove ladders, handrails, diving board and slide, if applicable (In-ground & Above
ground)
Place removed accessories together at pool side for customer storage
Install customers sheet type winter cover with water tubes or mesh type anchored winter/safety cover

Customer Responsibilities:

Vacuum pool if desired
Make certain electrical power is available to power vac/blower
Make certain winterizing plugs, freeze protection devices and winter cover are available
at poolside
Turn off electrical power to pool equipment after Deluxe Closing Service is complete
Store removed accessories as desired
Clean filter media

Important Reminders:

Travel Fee to your location will be added to the prices listed above. For a quote on your travel fee please contact us by phone at (802) 860-7665 or email us at info@poolworld.com. Any return trip due to your responsibility not being fulfilled will result in an additional Pool World standard service call fee and applicable travel fee being assessed.
