Welcome 2021! We’re more than a month into the new year and while we’re still working through the challenges that a world-wide pandemic is causing, we can see progress being made to get the world back to a new “normal” before long. What a year 2020 was and we’d like to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support and patience during these times. Your support of our locally owned and operated company is testament to the wonderful people that make up our great state! As we navigate our way through the beginning of 2021 we’d like to update you on product availability and some exciting additions we’re making here at Pool World for this year.
Firstly a product availability update. We are in contact weekly with our suppliers checking on orders we’ve placed for supplies of the products you want. Like most all industries the pool, hot tub and billiard industries are feeling the pinch of much higher than normal demand, difficulties in getting raw materials, labor shortages, cut backs or shut downs and extended freight times due to lack of freight availability. We have placed orders so that we will have product at the ready but we would like to ask for your understanding and patience as well. Many products that have been readily available in the past might be in shorter supply this year and / or take longer than usual or expected to arrive in our stores. This is temporary and should ease before long.
Exciting additions! Pool World will shortly be introducing some new services that will make it more convenient for you to do business with us. We’re almost ready to roll them out and once ready we’ll let everyone know all of the who, what & where’s of this new shopping and service option. Keep an eye and ear out for it, we’re excited and we hope you will be too!
